Standard path: Suitable for most situations 4.2m x 2.4m (8ft x 4ft). A standard, brushed, edged, non-slip concrete path in County Kerry, prices are generally between €800 and €1,200 depending on access, ground conditions, intended purpose, reinforcement and concrete volume. This is a ballpark figure only. A fixed and final price can only be provided after a full on-site assessment and survey.
Cobblestone path: Rustic, durable and decorative. 4.2m x 2.4m (8ft x 4ft). Depending on your choice of stone, granite or lime stone, and the pattern, stretcher bond (cheapest), herringbone (medium) or fan pattern (premium), the cost will typically vary between €1,500 - €2,500. Again this is an estimated figure only. A fixed quotation can only be given after a full on-site assessment and survey.

On-site assessment and survey fees
Whilst I can give an indication as to the suitability in theory of the construction of a concrete path using WhatsApp video chat, a full on-site survey and assessment is always required before a fixed quotation can be provided.

If the project moves to the confirmation stage, the survey fee is deducted from the final invoice.
