Terms of Service


1: My service.
kerryconcretepaths.ie is trading as Iain Davies sole trader. I offer a service installing concrete pathways with various features in County Kerry Ireland


2: Standard of workmanship.
When booking and paying for my services you are accepting and agreeing that I am only expected to carry out the agreed work to a reasonable standard and that there might be slight imperfections in the finish of any work undertaken.


3: Weather limitations.
When booking and paying for my services you are accepting and agreeing that I am only able to carry out the agreed work at a time when the weather allows me to do so and at a time that is acceptable to myself, and you the customer. The weather is unpredictable and in certain cases there may be delays which are beyond my control.


4: Payment for service.
When booking and paying for my services you are accepting and agreeing that I will price each job individually and that a payment structure will be determined before commencement of any work.


5: Refunds.
When booking and paying for my services you are accepting and agreeing that a refund will not be given for any work that I have undertaken.

It is your responsibility to ensure that there is an adequate access for the work to be carried out and in cases I may require the use of 220/240 volt mains electric supply and water which will be confirmed in a fixed quotation..


6: Cancellations.
When booking and paying for my services you are accepting and agreeing that a cancellation notice must be given by email... at least 7 days before commencement of the booked time, a cancellation of this type will incur a 25% administration fee from the total cost of a booking, for example if a booking cost €250 a cancellation fee would be €62.50. No other reason or circumstances will be considered grounds for a return payment



6: GDPR.
We will not share your data with any other institution for marketing or research purposes. We will not contact you in the future for marketing or research purposes. We will only keep payment transaction records with PayPal, the Revenue Commissioner and email correspondence. We will only share information with official bodies if and when we are legally required to do so.
